Before you begin

Having these ready saves you hours of switching between tabs. Most of these you'll re-use on every platform you set up.

Legal business name — one spelling, used everywhere
DBA / common name — if different from legal name
Branded business email on your domain (Google Workspace ~$7/mo if you don't have one)
Logo in two formats: square (1080×1080) and horizontal
Cover / banner image at least 1500×500
Short description (160 chars) and long (750 chars)
Business address — storefront, home, or service area
Phone number — kept identical everywhere
Hours of operation
Services or products list with prices
3–10 high-quality photos (storefront, products, team, work)
Password manager (Apple/Google Passwords, 1Password, LastPass)
Website URL (or skip ahead to Phase 1)
